Passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital, on October 12, 2009, at the age of 91 years. Predeceased by his beloved wife Martha and brothers George and William. Beloved uncle to Bob, Shannon, Ed and Ron, loving great-uncle to Tyler, Jarret and Kelly. Great-great-uncle to eight. Good friend to Hazel and Frank and many others.
Charles was the retired President of the Senior's Club at St. Monica's and a retired long time employee of Simpsons. He was a veteran of WWII and loved life. He will be greatly missed by many.
Visitation at Kane & Fetterly Funeral Home, 5301 Decarie Blvd. (corner Isabella), on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Kane & Fetterly Chapel on Thursday, October 15 at 10 am.
