I just would like to thank Kane and Fetterly for doing an outstanding job with my Dad’s funeral. This is a difficult time for anyone and I had had a very bad experience with a bigger funeral home with my Mom’s funeral seven years earlier, so was on guard. Jean-Louis Lefebvre was very helpful, patient, prompt and flexible with making the needed arrangements and at a fair price. I don’t know the names of all the other staff members who contributed to making everything work smoothly, but I want to particularly thank Jane for consistently going the extra mile. You all made a real difference.
