Peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital, on March 15 at the age of 87 years. Beloved husband of the late Marion. Dear father of Ron (Phyllis), Donna and Barbara. Cherished grandfather of Chris (Sara) and Danny (Cyndi) and great-grandfather to Logan and Ben. He will also be missed by his son-in-law Dave, his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Melvin was a generous soul who will be missed but never forgotten.
Visitation at the Kane & Fetterly funeral home, 5301 Decarie Blvd., (corner Isabella) on Tuesday, March 20 from 6 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral service from the Kane & Fetterly Chapel on Wednesday, March 21 at 4:00 p.m. followed by a reception
