1931-2017
On January 7, 2016 at the Jewish General Hospital, Gerry was received into the loving arms of her Saviour, supported by the prayers and love of her family. Daughter of the late Thelma and Wilfrid Wilkinson. Beloved wife of Frank LeGrove. Gerry will be deeply missed by her children Frank J., Michael, Heather (Ralph), Andy (Johanne), Teresa (Jon) and the late Carol. She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Alex, Christopher, Jessica, Nicole and Natasha. Sister of Wilfrid, Joan, Carole, Sr. Eleanor, Tom, Frank, John, and the late Ursula and Christine. Also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, in-laws, dear friends and fellow parishioners in Montreal and Camarillo, California. She was a devoted mother and wife. A loving presence to family, parish and community in all her work and volunteering.
Visitation at the Kane & Fetterly funeral home, 5301 Decarie Blvd., (corner Isabella) on Thursday from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Ignatius of Loyola Church, 4455 West Broadway, Montreal on Friday, January 13 at 11:00 followed by a reception in the parish hall.
