With great sadness we announce the passing of our wonderful mom.
Laura passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, Sept 10th.
She was an example to all of how to live life to the fullest.
Predeceased by her husband Merrill and son Patrick, she will be lovingly remembered by her children Regan (Cheryl), Rennie MacLeod (Gordon), Leslie (Paddy), Laurel Wade (Don), Shawn and daughter-in-law (Bennie).
Proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
She will also be fondly remembered by her many friends as well as her family in Pomquet, Nova Scotia.
Funeral Mass will be held Monday, Sept 16th at 11:00 at St. Monica’s, 6405 rue de Terrebonne.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Laura’s memory to Chez Doris or Montreal Children’s Hospital would be appreciated.
