In Memory Of RODGERS, Allen James

We understand the disappointment of not being able to join us and show your love and respect for Dad.
To give us all the chance to honour him together, we will be holding a celebration of life event in the spring/summer with his interment. Details will be provided closer to that time and we will look forward to sharing memories with you about Allen.

All my condolences to als family. It was a pleasure to have him as a friend for over 25 years. I first met al as we were mutual friends with the late bill gilmour. I enjoyed all my years bowling with him and what a great mc he was at all our bowling banquets. Also are weekly lunches with bill and the late Bruce angers were great pleasures for me. Finally we celebrated for our favourite hockey team the black hawks. Rest in peace my dear friend and say hello to bill and Bruce for me.

From: Joan and Gerry Bedard

Dear Claudia, Alison and Jim and all the members of your family... Gerry and I send our deepest condolences at this difficult time. Al was such a wonderful guy, loved life, fun, sports and especially his family and friends. We go back quite a ways... early 60's, young adults, weddings, birth of our children, parenthood, shared many happy and less happy parts of our lives, grandchildren pride and joys. So many times we promised to get together but time seemed to rush on and, here we are. Al is in a better place and will now rest in peace. Claudia, we pray God will give you the courage necessary to get through the difficult days ahead. We are there for you if you need time out. Love you all and take care. xoxo

We were so very sorry to hear of Al's passing. Thank-you for calling today. I was so happy to talk to you.
We are so thankful for all the years we were able to be in Florida and spend time with you. Sandpoint hasn't been the same since you haven't been able to come. Percy still stopped at your condo door this year, hoping to see you. She never forgot you!
We love you and send hugs and prayers. Wishing we could be there with you.

We are so deeply saddened to hear of Al's passing. We will miss him so much. Although short in stature, he was a giant in being friendly, understanding, humorous and kind. Although we cannot be there to mourn with you, we will be thinking about you and keeping Al and all of you in our prayers. We will always treasure the great times we were fortunate enough to have spent with Al and they will be forever embedded in our heart.
May he rest in peace with God for all time in the bond of everlasting life
