Cecilia Phillip better known as “Patsy Nelson” of Happy Hill St. George’s who passed away in Montreal, Canada on Thursday August the 19th, 2021 at the age of 76. Cecilia migrated to Montreal in September, 1977 and later brought her six children. She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. 

Left to mourn are her children, Ann Marie, Ricky (A.K.A Ranbow), Ronald (A.K.A Capa), Patrice, Anthony (A.K.A Babo), Janice, Roxanne and Allan who all reside in Canada.

She was the grandmother of 22 grandchildren Shamika, Tracy, Shania, Danisha, Daija, Jaiden, Zia, Matejah, Janelia, Jada, Shanel, Kishawna, Nathan, Daniel, Delan, Stephane, Tahjon, Michael, Isaiah , Kushem, Kelon and Kevon. Also the great Grandmother of 4. She was the sister of Martin and Alister in the USA, Keith in the UK, Godwin, Helena,Theresa and Lambert in Grenada. 

She was the mother-in-law of Kelvin (A.K.A Boogie), and Olga.

The aunt of many including Justin (A.K.A Mango), Florine, Natalie (A.K.A Nato), Karim, Isha, Asha, Nicol, Anika and Abigaile.

She was the niece of Veronica (A.K.A Tin Tin), and Braveman. 

Many other relatives and friends in Canada, Grenada, USA, UK and Trinidad including Denis Phillip and family, Jacqueline Sandy and Family, Ruth Thomas and family, Faith and family, Monica Wallot and Family. 

Cecilia was an extremely hard working mother who loved to cook and bake. Her favourite Tv channels were Basketball, CNN, TLC 90 Days Fiance and Married at First Sight. 

The funeral service of the late Cecilia Phillip will be held on Friday September 3rd, 2021 at the St. Monica’s Catholic Church.
