Lina Rosetta (Allen) Henry passed away peacefully surrounded by husband and daughter on May 4,2019. Beloved wife of Austin Henry. Loving mother of Winifred, Rose, Beatrice and Yvonne. She will be greatly missed by her brothers William and Henry Allen; Ralston, Clifford and Stanley (both passed). Sisters- Ruby, Madeline, Judith, Nerissa; (Myrtell, Iris-both passed). She was the daughter of the late Theophilus Allen and Ruth Allen. Grand-daughters Tammy, Suzette, Ashley and grandson Michaud. Will be missed by her many nieces, nephews , great niece and grand nephews. Lena was born and grew up in Smithfield District, Manchester, Jamaica. She immigrated to Montreal in 1959. Had fond memories with family and friends in Montreal. She often visited Jamaica, Toronto and family in New York. A funeral service will be held at St. Paul's Anglican Church, 3970 Chemin de la Côte-Sainte-Catherine, on Tuesday, May 14th at 11:00. Viewing on Monday May 13th at Kane And Fetterly from 6 to 9 PM. Lena will be placed to rest at Cote des Neiges Cemetery. Reception to be followed afterward at the church.
