We had a wonderful experience with Kane Fetterly. Jezabel was particularly attentive to all of our requests, some of which were complex audio visual wise because some members of the family could not attend in person. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful and I would highly recommend them.

The staff at Kane Fetterly were very pleasant to work with, in particular Jason Moore. He assisted us right from the beginning when we inquired about the details of my husband's uncle's funeral prearrangement of which we had zero details. Jason took the time to explain everything to us so when the day arrived we knew what to expect. We were very relieved to be able to continue the process with Jason as we had already established a rapport with him over the phone when we inquired about the prearranged funeral. His professionalism, knowledge and authenticity was greatly appreciated as he navigated us through the planning of the service. Words cannot express the level of compassion provided by Brian O'Connell with Kane & Fetterly. Telling our story would seem almost unbelievable. But our situation is a testament to his character and a reminder of the adage, "Your character is what you do when no one is watching."

We lost our aunt and uncle within two months of each other. Since I live out of the country, and there was no obvious next of kin paperwork available at the time, Brian took it upon himself to assist my uncle after his wife's passing, going so far as to bring him to the service and gather photos. He did not have to take this task upon himself, but he did.

When my uncle's broken heart reunited him with my aunt not even two months later, Brian heard of his passing and once again came forward to assist with a respectful burial, even believing there was a possibility of no family to assist.

Brian went above and beyond with the most incredible heart, ensuring every detail was what he believed was my uncle's wishes.

Once our family was located and informed, Brian kept me in contact and helped me arrange a proper funeral. He assisted me with everything from the significant details to the most minor ones, including recommending hotels and restaurants. Brian also arranged for us to have the service online for family overseas. He even took one of our guests home after the service.

Outstanding service- I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by the Kane & Fetterly team after my mother, Lorraine, passed away last month. High quality, compassionate, first class care was provided every step of the way by this group of professionals. Their facilities are elegant, modern and pristine. No detail was overlooked.
