Obituary
Peter Henry Mueller
On the day when the sky went dark due to the eclipse, another shining light went out.
I am devastated to announce that my husband and partner, Peter Mueller, died suddenly on Monday after a valiant year-long fight with leukaemia. Despite excellent care and an other-worldly will to live, the cells we thought had been eradicated came back with a vengeance.
Peter was a genius in my eyes and his contributions to technology will live on for years to come. The most outstanding quality I will always remember about Peter was his humour. Even while being hooked up to ICU last June, Peter continued making jokes whilst he was surrounded by the team trying to save his life.
He was a renaissance man who always had innovation as his North Star. As President of the Model Train Society in Vancouver Peter successfully ran the annual train show actually making it profitable and bringing joy to children. He also co-founded RXNetworks in British Columbia providing essential services to a number of Fortune 500 companies.
Together we have built SJAWS Technologies a Canadian company. It will be a challenge I intend to continue. I will move forward to honour Peter’s legacy and spirit.
The Celebration of Life will take place on May 11th at our home in Montreal at 2:00 p.m.
