Frank Reimann

Frank Reimann, a man of boundless curiosity and intellect, passed away on April 13th, 2024, in St-Sauveur, Quebec, at the age of 57. Born on May 16, 1966, in Hitdorf, Germany, Frank was the beloved son of Franziska Reimann (Stiegen) and Josef Reimann. Frank's formative years were spent in Leverkusen, Germany, where he cultivated a deep passion for music, philosophy, linguistics, and cultural studies. He pursued his academic interests at the University of Cologne and the University of Bonn. As Frank matured, his love for art and music evolved into a fervent desire for exploration and adventure. In his early twenties, he embarked on a journey across Europe, attending concerts, and immersing himself in various cultural experiences. His travels eventually led him to Asia, where he not only discovered a profound interest in alternative medicine but also forged lifelong friendships. Frank's friends will remember him as a brilliant and passionate individual, a devoted fan of Frank Zappa, and an inexhaustible source of knowledge.

In India, Frank found more than he had ever imagined—a soulmate. He met his beloved wife, Adina Hecht, and in July 1994, they exchanged vows in Montreal, marking the beginning of a beautiful journey together. They welcomed their first daughter, Aisha, in 1998. Frank and his growing family settled in Farrellton, Quebec, where Frank established his own homeopathy practice. Four years later, their family expanded with the arrival of their second daughter, Nahani. In 2005, tragedy struck with the passing of his wife, Adina, leading the family to relocate to Montreal, where he dedicated himself to raising his daughters as a single father. In Montreal, Frank continued to pursue his passion for naturopathy, and became a trusted voice in the health and wellness community. He remained deeply connected to his roots in Germany, maintaining strong ties with friends and family across the miles. Frank Reimann leaves behind a legacy of intellectual curiosity, compassionate care, and unwavering love for his family and friends. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
