Mike passed away peacefully in his home on March 14, 2025 after a long battle with cancer. Preceded in death by his Wife Linda, he leaves behind his partner, Ruth Bergen, his son Todd Sangollo and stepsons Michael Foran and Christopher Foran (Lisa), and his grandson Harrison Foran. He is also survived by his loving cat companion, Mindy.

Special thanks to the Montreal CLSC, who provided us with the necessary equipment for him to be at home comfortably. Also, Aux Trois Sentiers, a non-profit organization that provided awesome part/full-time hospice, palliative and end of life medical and personal care for Mike and supportive care for Ruth. There will not be any formal service, but request that you celebrate his life individually and share memories of good times over a bottle of Italian Red Wine.

He will be buried at Cemetery Notre-Dam Des-Neiges where his mother and father are.

Death is not the end, its just the doorway to an adventure beyond, and I’m sure he’ll find lots.
