Reginald Williams

With loving hearts, we honor and remember Reginald Williams, a truly kind and generous man whose warmth touched the lives of all who knew him.

 

Born on May 20, 1939, in Higgin Town, Saint Ann, Jamaica, Reginald passed away peacefully on December 29, 2025, in Montreal, Canada, surrounded by the love and comfort of his family.

 

Reginald will be remembered above all for his kindness and selfless nature. He was generous with his time, his strength, and his heart, always guided by a deep concern for others. He was a hardworking and resilient man who faced life’s challenges with quiet strength, dignity, and grace. His warmth and affection extended to everyone he met and left a lasting impression on countless hearts.

 

He leaves behind his beloved daughter, Aleshia Williams. He was also a devoted father who lovingly raised Donald Williams, Matricia Newton, Charles Newton, Hozeah Newton, and Koteshia Henry, as well as grandchildren, whom he cared for as his own. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, and nephews, spread across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Jamaica. His family honors his memory by living with integrity, kindness, and open hearts, reflecting the values he held dear.

 

A viewing will be held on January 24, 2026, at 10 am, with a service at 12 pm at Kane Fetterly, located at 5301 Decarie Boulevard, Montreal, H3W 3A2. For those unable to attend in person, a webcast of the service will be available.

 

He will be laid to rest in Higgin Town, Jamaica, alongside his family in May 2026.

 

The love Reginald shared so freely will continue to echo through the lives of those who knew him. He will be remembered with gratitude, held close in memory, and missed beyond words by his family and friends.
