It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Donald Dupuis.

Donald was born at St. Mary's Hospital in Montréal. Devoted husband and love of Sylvia Côté, son of the late Marguerite Munich and the late Joseph R. Dupuis. Loving brother to the late Virginia (Jini) Dupuis, the late Carole-Anne Dupuis Jackson and Robert Dupuis (Deborah Arsenault).

Loving and amazing uncle to Amanda Jackson-Burdick (Todd Burdick), Kinley Jackson (Russ Lear), Katherine Dupuis (David Del Grande), Andréa Côté Conrad (Richard Conrad) and Louise Côté (Delphine Jérôme).

Stepfather to Marc Joseph (Audra Zolden) and Papa to Ryan, Mason, Jake and Lola. Adored great-uncle to Rhys and Brielle Burdick and to Chloé Jérôme-Côté.

Donald will be deeply missed by all who had the joy of knowing him and sharing his friendship.

Beyond his love and devotion given to family and friends, Donald's generosity extended to many charitable organizations also dedicated to helping others.

Among his many passions were his golfing games with his buddies, watching televised sports (Montréal Canadiens, Montréal Alouettes, L.A. Dodgers, Miami Dolphins, Fl Racing, Daytona Grand Prix, etc.) and always staying well informed on local, national and international news events. His cherished "second home" in St-Donat was not only a place of numerous get-togethers and celebrations but also his retreat for solitary contemplation.

Our hearts are broken but our spirits are blessed and filled with the precious memories Donald has left behind for all of us.

Visitations will take place at Kane & Fetterly Funeral Home (5301 Décarie Blvd, Montréal) on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. For the convenience of guests, valet parking will be provided at the funeral home. Will follow a service at the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery Chapel (4601 Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges) from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., followed by a private interment ceremony at the family plot.
