Following a brain tumour diagnosis in April 2025, Craig passed away peacefully at the young age of 50 at Mont Sinai Hospital, Palliative Care Unit. He had been cared by staff there since May 2025.

Craig leaves his father Con; his brother Denis; his sisters Caroline, Linda and Katrina; and six nephews and three nieces.

Craig was much loved by all his family and many friends, and he will be sadly missed.

At the age of 13 Craig moved to live in Nova Scotia with his parents Catherine and Con. In 2006 he moved to Montreal where he worked for 5 years at HIT Global Medical Call Centre before making the move to EOCI for over 10 years, where he was a digital media specialist.

Craig’s life revolved around his love of music, photography and his dogs—Charlotte (deceased) and Bear. He was a DJ in Halifax and Montreal, and his music mixes were admired by many when he played in clubs.

A funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. at Kane Fetterly, 5301 Decarie Blvd., Montreal, Quebec, H3W 3C4, followed by an invitation to stay and visit with the family while sharing memories of Craig. The family will then follow to the crematorium at 11:00 a.m. for a final private goodbye.
