Where we ship

We only ship within Canada. Please note that we don’t ship to P.O. boxes.

Estimated shipping charges

Free shipping for orders of $200 or more (before taxes) by Canada Post Regular Parcel™ service. See below for estimated delivery time.
If you need a rush delivery, we can ship by Canada Post Xpresspost™. Shipping fees will apply and vary according to the destination.

When we ship

If you’re trying to estimate when an item will be shipped, please consider that we process your order once we receive confirmation of payment. You will be notified by email. Once we have received confirmation of payment, stock items will be mailed the day after (business days only, no holidays). Please factor in this time as well. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to provide extra information.

Tracking the order

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email.

Packaging

Special care is taken to protect the items. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If the product is damaged in transit, see our return policy.

Free transfer of ashes into the urn

For urns purchased from our boutique, our funeral directors will be pleased to transfer the ashes of your loved one into the urn free of charge when the ashes are physically handed to us. A valid proof of purchase is required.
