I would like to Thank all of the Staff at Kane&Fetterly, the whole experience was next to none. At our weakest moments we are all vulnerable and easy to be taken advantage of. I never for one second felt pressure from any of the Staff, from my first visit with Paul, who I must say is an incredible man. He made me feel like there was nothing to worry about, in his words « Don’t worry Mr. Brockway we will guide you through this » and that is exactly what he did Thank you Paul,your honesty and compassion will never be forgotten. Every single detail of my Fathers service went exactly as we requested. Thank you also to Carol-Ann for all your hard work and dedication also Jane for all her hard work and dedication. I would without hesitation recommend Kane&Fetterly to anyone, this is a family run business and it shows. Compassionate kind and caring. Thank you all again you allowed my father to leave this world as he lived in it proudly.
