Carmel Mary Frances Ryan, daughter of the late Denis Ryan and the late Johanna Heafey; wife of the late Robert Amesse; mother of Susan, Fr. Michael OMI, Robert (Bob), and Fr. Stephen; mother-in-law of Michelle Bradley; grandmother of Patrick, Meaghan, Brendan, Brian, Kevin, Michael and Bradley; great-grandmother and aunt. She is predeceased by her four sisters and two brothers. She was welcomed into the Quesnel family by Jean, Theresia, Olivia, Paul, Karenne, Simon, Laura, James and Rose Marie.
Many thanks to Jean-Pierre and Gisele for their support to Mom over the past few years.
Visitation at the Kane & Fetterly Funeral Home, 5301 Decarie Blvd. (corner Isabella) on Monday July 2 from 2-5 and 7-9. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Saint Brendan Parish, 3542 Rosemont Blvd. on Tuesday July 3 at 11:00. Interment follows at Repos Saint-François d’Assise.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Saint Patrick’s Basilica (Ottawa) Restoration Fund, 281 Nepean Street, Ottawa, ON K1R 5G2 will be greatly appreciated.
